I did this and it failed twice: So far, you've added water and 2 doses of tree viper fang, boiled it, added 2 doses of ground sweetfern stalk, simmered it, added powdered green tourmaline, and chanted Poison Resistance. I am getting a GM to look into it...

doesn't work at rank 13. Alchemy-recipes.lic says it works at rank 12 but this is wrong.
