  4. boil (x1)
  5. ingredient doses of genkew mushroom (x4)
  6. simmer (x1)
  7. ingredient quartz sand (x1)
  8. chant 706 (x1)

It is powdered blue tourmaline and the scraggly orc scalps are from the plains orc warriors.

Not powder solution but requires wand oil (amber hued)

"Troll scalps" from thunder trolls may be substituted for "scraggly orc scalps".

add wand oil, add 2 doses of troll scalp from thunder trolls, add powdered blue tourmaline, boil, add 4 doses of genkew mushroom, simmer, add quartz sand and chant the Mind Jolt spell.
