  1. ingredient water (x1)
  2. ingredient viper fang (black forest vipers) (x1)
  3. ingredient ground sweetfern stalk (x2)
  4. simmer (x1)
  5. ingredient green tourmaline (x1)
  6. chant 105 (Poison Resistance) (x1)
  7. seal (x1)

Alternately, two tree viper fangs can be used instead of the one black forest viper fang. The other ingredients remain the same.

You now have to boil after putting the fang or fangs in.

I did this and it failed twice: So far, you've added water and 2 doses of tree viper fang, boiled it, added 2 doses of ground sweetfern stalk, simmered it, added powdered green tourmaline, and chanted Poison Resistance. I am getting a GM to look into it...

so this can't be done until rank 14. Alchemy.lic says it can work at rank 12 but this is wrong.
