Powder solution is the sand-like liquid found in the guild shop. You sense that the dust is a magic item that holds the spell "Slow" with a few charges and it is not well suited for duplicating. Example: >throw dust at rolton You take a handful of the dull silvery dust, and throw it at a rolton! CS: +271 - TD: +3 + CvA: +25 + d100: +19 == +312 Warding failed! A rolton suddenly slows all movements.
