  7. chant Blood Burst (701) (x1)
  8. seal (x1)

The bloodwood wand won't be accepted by the pawnbroker at town alchemist consignment shops, but it can be sold at the regular pawn shop. When you're working with the guild Masters for a task, you will receive 525 silver each time you create a bloodwood wand successfully.
