I am a master of forging brawlers and edged weapons and am taking orders for golvern weapons. Why Golvern? Golvern is one of the strongest metals in the lands, and the strongest metal most players will ever have the chance to own. Breakage is nonexistant now, and has been for quite some years, but you do not want to be caught with your pants down if it is ever released. If you're going invest in a weapon that you want to take to merchants or use PP with to make better, you want to start with the best possible starting material, and that is Golvern. Golvern isn't cheap, but it is the best, it is rare, and if you're willing to pay a premium for the very best, golvern is for you.
All golvern weapons I produce will be 5x enchanted. Additionally they will all be +1 to AvD and +2% to DF. If I get lucky forging your weapon it could be +2 to AvD or +4% to DF. If I get really lucky it could be perfect and have +3 to AvD and +6% to DF. DF is Damage Factor, part of the formula that determines hits & crits. So think of it as a combination of crit & damage weighting, though on the light side. All the weapons will be further enchantable or blessable as well.
The price is 1 million per pound. This is the same price if you just want some raw golvern to forge yourself, or if you want me to forge it for you. Most brawling weapons are 2 pounds, katars & fist-scythes are 3 pounds. Most OHE weapons are 5 or 6 pounds, with the really small ones (daggers) being 2 pounds. You can get an idea of weights needed here. (known values, handaxe: 5lbs, falchion: 5lbs, katar: 3lbs, fist-scythe: 3lbs).
You will have the option to choose any of the hilt materials below to make your hilt, except if I get lucky with a good blade part the handle has to be made out of a basic wood (since it'll take multiple tries to also get a good handle part), unless you want to pay extra.
