I'll assume that you sent it to "feedback" which will not get much of a response. you could try "bug"ing it and sending a more detailed response to the GM in charge. (You could assist to learn who that is since they don't mention it on the boards.) Also, considering the frequency of GMs leaving it could be that the GM in charge left. But posting it where others can learn about it on the boards is abusing policy. I don't think they would have objected too much if you had mentioned that you had found a big error on the boards and wanted to send an e-mail to the person in charge of player shops. But with that amount of detail, I'm not surprised at all that they pulled it. That being said, I do wish they would send you an e-mail to let you know that someone had received the reported bug so that you could follow up on it later if need be.
